Return and Exchange Policy

• Returns or exchanges of products are a right for all our customers, and it applies to all products available in our store.

• All products offered in our store are subject to the return and exchange policy as per the terms and conditions outlined on this page.

• Returns or exchanges can be made if the product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and is packed in its original packaging.

• Returns must be made within three (3) days, and exchanges must be requested within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

• Please contact us via the “Contact Us” page or by phone to request a return or exchange.

• Kindly take a photo and send the product along with the city, address, and order number specified so that it can be replaced with another product if the product is damaged, defective, or was not used as agreed.

• A full refund will be issued to the customer if the product they received is completely different from the product displayed on our website.

• We are not responsible for any customer expectations regarding the use of the products that we have not mentioned on the product page on our website.

• A 30% deduction or a minimum fee of 25 dirhams will be applied if the customer no longer wants the product and there is no defect or issue mentioned with it.
